What does success look like to me? How does that play out in the coming months?
Success to me means living the life of a writer. I am sitting at my desk that has an overview of the life outside while I write. I can look at the people passing by and watch them interact with one another imagining what their stories are.
I wake up everyday make my cup of coffee, light a candle to St. Brigid and offer a prayer of thanks. Sit at my desk and write. I do not need a big fancy desk or a computer. As the months go by I celebrate the next holiday on the wheel.
I am halfway there I do have my desk facing my backyard watching my roommates dog play. Writing to you on my tablet and you know what I am liking the way it feels. I do not need anything bigger than that. And I am happy with what I have right now. So I will keep my desk I have and the setup I have when I make that transition to New Orleans.
I have a cute little bistro set that I got from 5 and below. It is also where I got my desk that folds up as well. I really do not need a television so all the ones I currently have are not going with me. I have a small couch that I find comfortable. I think I need to let go of a lot of my candle holders. As a matter of fact I think those will have to go as well. Pairing down to what I need is perfect I have a candle holder that I can use for both Hekate and St. Brigid. Actually I can just use that one for Hekate as it holds Tea lights and is a snake one. I have a glass of three candelabra holders I can use for prayer candles for St. Brigid.
As for my Buddha I have green tea light ones. And a hand that will hold an incense cone. Okay my thoughts are running wild. After all this is my journal.
